The stadium in Brasilia is proud

The motorcade of FIFA and the loc visited other FIFA World Cup venue this Thursday, June 28. Brasilia was the third stop of the delegation formed by the Secretary General Jérôme Valcke FIFA; by the members of the Committee organizing Local (COL) on the Cup world the FIFA Brazil 2014, Bebeto and Ronaldo; by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of sport, Luis Fernandes; and by the artist and Ambassador of FIFA Romero Britto. This last level, was also attended by the President of COL, José María Marín; the President of the Paulista Federation of football and a member of the Executive Committee of FIFA, Marco Polo del Nero; Sports Minister Aldo Rebelo; and other directors of the loc and FIFA.

The magnificent work of construction, the second largest size the Cup World of the FIFA Brazil 2014, with capacity of 70.064 spectators, was presented with pride by the Governor of the Federal District, Agnelo Queiroz. The national stadium aspires to achieve certification LEED Platinum by its range of sustainable work, and it will be the scene of the opening of the FIFA Confederations Cup on June 15, 2013.

"The opening of the FIFA Confederations Cup is a great responsibility for us." It will be the opportunity to show the world in this big tournament Brazil. After the presentation, the convoy headed toward the center of the stadium, where former players took to the delight of the workers, even dribbling some criminal. I rebelo, Marin and Valcke also wanted to participate in the game, and did not wrong; especially Marín, who was professional footballer and showed his old category almost 60 years after hanging up the boots.
